SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We would like to congratulate you on your purchase from OnlineGymShop.com and hope the equipment you purchased will service you for many years and will bring you joy.

Warranty and Return Policy

OnlineGymShop’s liability is expressly limited to the replacement of its product, which applies only if the product is proven defective upon return to OnlineGymShop.com. This warranty is void if the product is modified, dismantled, altered, any parts were fixed or replaced by another party or if the item was damaged by the customer. No fees are applied if the merchandise received by a customer is proven to be damaged.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the equipment back to us within 30 days of purchase.
Return authorizations must be requested within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. We will replace, exchange it, or refund the money that was paid to us, minus a 15% restocking fee for any missing accessories or open-box, a shipping cost (if the listing price had free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping cost, which was paid by OnlineGymShop.com) and a handling fee of $9.99. Shipping, handling, and order processing charge (if any) are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred with returning the merchandise. All packages must be returned with the original packing slip included in your shipment and with all merchandising tags attached.
Returns will be accepted only after OnlineGymShop.com issues a return authorization number. Products that are received without our "Return Authorization Form" will be refused. Return authorizations must be requested within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact us by email info@onlinegymshop.com to obtain a "Return Authorization Form". If the item you are returning was received as defective then we will either replace it or refund your purchase price. Defective items are not subject to the restocking charge.

If the item is returned and it is determined by the Warranty Department that damaged caused by the customer that item will be refused. To receive the item back, the customer needs to send a money order for shipping (the amount will be provided upon request) to OnlineGymShop.com. Payment must be received within 7 days.

Buyer is responsible for additional shipping cost for items that are returned and undeliverable.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCTS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. WE WILL REFUSE ANY PACKAGES WITHOUT OUR “AUTHORIZED RETURN” FORM.
IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE ITEM, PLEASE EMAIL US SEVERAL PICTURES OF THE ITEM ALONG WITH THE DESCRIPTION TO SUPPORT@ONLINEGYMSHOP.COM. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY VERBAL REQUESTS.

IF WARRANTY SERVICE IS NECESSARY, THE CUSTOMER NEEDS TO PACK THE ITEM SECURELY AND SEND THE DAMAGED ITEM BACK TO US WITH THE “RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM”, PROOF OF PURCHASE, AND INCLUDE A MONEY ORDER PAYABLE TO ONLINEGYMSHOP.COM. THE AMOUNT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU ALONG WITH THE “RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM”.

ALL MISSING PARTS MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS.

The warranty does not apply to the following cases:

• Harm caused during delivery (ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED IN A PERFECT CONDITION)
• Harm caused by unacceptable use
• Harm caused by misuse of the equipment
• Harm caused by hit or fall
• Harm caused by moisture
• Harm caused by higher power

Canceled Orders
An order may be canceled at no charge within 24 hours of purchase provided that the order has not shipped or otherwise been processed. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled but you may return your items using our return policy shown above.

Delivery Dates
All shipping and delivery quotes are approximate. We can not 100% guarantee delivery date as we use services of reputable freight companies and occasionally there may be brief transit delays, and sometimes occurrences misplaced merchandise or an occasional back order.



Back Orders
We regularly stock our warehouse with every merchandise we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may become back-ordered on various items.



Handling Time:

Shipments are made Monday - Friday only and will ship either the same day or the next day after receiving payment depending on the time of day the payment clears. It will usually take an additional 1-5 business days for a parcel to be delivered by FedEx or USPS services.
